Just giving an update!

Well I wanted everyone to know that I ordered some new gluten free food and can't wait to try them out. Some are still around the same ones that me and my son have eaten before so we got them again. I'm sorry to say that I could not list all the food I'm getting since there was so much. I would like to say that I will be doing the reviews after Thanksgiving. I wish everyone a good Turkey day.

Tinkyada Spaghetti Brown Rice Pasta Review

We tried this Tinkyada gluten free spaghetti noodles and were very pleased with the results after cooking it. We had tried others in the past but didn't like them as much they seemed to be sticky and not cook well. With others I had to stand there and stir them so that they weren't mushy or stuck together like the others. I felt as if I was wasting so much food by doing that. I have tried others such as heartland from Wal-mart that  didn't work all that well like these did. These come in a pretty big package the bag is around 16 ounces that way you can cook as many or little as you want. The cost me a little more then $3.00's but it was well worth the price. I was able to buy these at Veggies at Ardmore on the second aisle around the top with all the other pastas. These noodles are in fact can be overcooked but the first time I cooked them I wasn't sure I cooked the long enough.  Me and the kids loved the taste with the Garden Ragu Sauce for a wonderful dinner. Any one that loves spaghetti will love these sort of noodles with a very satisfying taste.

Schar Gluten Free Pizza Crust Review

Recently me and my son have been trying new products to see what we both like and we found Schär, a line of gluten free products.  I had bought some of the Fusilli and the Spaghetti before which made me look forward to getting the pizza crust. After getting it I found out later that you don't have to freeze it ore refrigerate it, which seems different to some of the other gluten free food that I have gotten before. I decided to cook it that night for supper for him. I was really hopping he would like it since he can be so picky at times with his food. I put on pizza sauce and his favorite mozzarella cheese then I put it in the oven he could hardly wait till it came out of the oven. The result was nothing short of being astonished by the taste and texture of it. I even tired a bite the crust was fluffy and soft on the inside and crisp of the edge. To me the Texture was perfect, not grainy like the others I had made. It tasted very close to the real pizza crust. Since two come in a box I was able to make it for him again for lunch to take to school. The Schär website is tremendous . They have a bunch of gluten-free offerings, including bread, crackers, cookies, and mixes. I will definitely be going back for more!

I found  Udi's Pizza Crust the cost is around $5.00 for two pizza crust. It was so easy to cook theses all I had to do was put the toppings on these will be a one that I will buy again.

Dari Free Ice Cream Recipe!

Hay guys I found a great recipe on the internet were you use Dari Free it comes in powder form and smells really good. I bought it online at www.glutenfree.com

Dairfree Icecream Recipe

I tried this recipe myself and my son loved it. My son Kris didn't get all sugared up after eating it when he use to eat regular ice cream I could tell a huge difference. He would try to eat a half gallon  of ice cream in like two days know he is able to eat this and it is much better for him. But, I was told the other day that lactaid milk  taste just like regular milk. So next week I'm going to try it and see if I like it then try to get him to eat with his cereal. It would be so much easier if I could use that instead of having to get the powder even thought I really liked the powered version. I'm always trying to save money and if it helps that would be great. Here is a review on what a girl thought about it.

She just talks about how wonderful it is to drink. I'll keep you updated on on what we think of this milk and I'll get back to you.

Veggies In Ardmore, Oklahoma

I don't know if anyone has ever been to a store called Veggies but we have one in Ardmore which is a about 25 miles or so were I live from. When you look at the front of the store it just looks like a regular store but when you walk in you can smell the natural herb smell. I told by the store manager that people had told him he has the lowest prices in town when it comes to Gluten free food. He also carries non-dairy Ice Cream which I can't wait to try the next time I go into the store. They carried products like Pamela's Ultimate Baking and Pancake Mix, Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flours, Gluten Free Pasta and more. The manager was very nice and the store was clean he even said if there was a product that I needed he could see if he could order it for me. If you have a Veggies in your area I would definitely check it out.
